Reflection
Nature has its seasons, and each serves a purpose.
Winter is nearly here, and while we may dread the cold and biting winds, nature is preparing for another season of sowing, growing, and harvesting.
Life works much the same way.
We’ve all heard, “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.”
Yet sometimes we pray for opportunities without preparing.
We ask God for stronger relationships but fail to become better listeners.
We pray for greater responsibility but neglect discipline.
We ask for better health while ignoring today’s choices.
Faith isn’t passive.
Pray as if everything depends on God. Prepare as if He’s going to answer.
Soul Search
If God answered one of my biggest prayers tomorrow, would I be ready?
“Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” — James 2:17
