Faith Over Fear – Day 11 – Fear of Failure

Failure is an event, not an identity.

— JMeyer —

Reflection

Failure is part of growth, and once you accept that as fact, progress becomes a rhythm in your life.

The enemy would rather label you a failure than watch you learn and grow.

From the enemy’s viewpoint, failure is made to feel personal, branding your mistakes as your identity and your setbacks as your ceiling. Fear (the enemy) then urges you to shrink back, avoid risk, and protect your pride by giving up.

God is always moving people forward, using failures as setbacks to set up comebacks.

Throughout Scripture, He builds momentum through imperfect men and women who fall, get up, and keep walking.

I sure can relate…I’ve failed my way into success more than once.

Forward momentum is not perfection; it’s persistence through the highs and the lows with the power of God guiding you.

Soul Search

Where have you allowed a past failure to define you?

What bold step would you take if you believed failure was part of God’s process—not proof of your limitation?

“Though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” — Proverbs 24:16
