Don’t Borrow Trouble

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.

— Corrie ten Boom —

Reflection:

Fear often pulls us into the future and anchors us in the worst-case scenario. But God gives grace for today, not for imaginary disasters.

Living in the moment isn’t just mindful; it’s biblical.

Trust God for today while letting Him take on your worries about tomorrow.

Note to self.

If you pray, why worry? If you worry, why pray?

Soul Search:

Are you carrying the weight of a tomorrow that hasn’t come yet? What would it look like to fully trust God with the future?

“Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.” – Matthew 6:34 (NIV)
