Reflection
One of the enemy’s favorite lies is convincing us that our struggles make us a burden to others. When life is difficult, we may withdraw, believing people would be better off without our needs, questions, or concerns…it broke my heart when my parents began saying this in their latter years. 🙁
But God never designed us to carry life’s challenges alone. He created us for community, support, and connection.
Just as you have helped others in their time of need, there are people who count it a privilege to walk alongside you.
Facts
Your value is not determined by what you contribute, but by whose you are.

Who might God be inviting me to trust with my struggles, rather than carry them alone?
