THE LIE
“This is just who I am. I can’t change.”
REFLECTION
One of the enemy’s most effective lies is convincing us that change is impossible. He whispers, “You’ve always been this way. Why try?” But God never asks us to stay where we are.
From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture is the story of ordinary people being transformed by an extraordinary God.
Struggling with change isn’t a sign that you’ve failed; it’s evidence that God is still shaping you.
Don’t confuse your past with your potential. The person you are today is not the person God has finished creating.
Stay teachable.
Stay humble.
Stay willing to change.
Did I ever share with you that I write most of these blogs for myself? 🙂
SOUL SEARCH
Where have you accepted “that’s just who I am” instead of inviting God to transform you? What is one area where He’s asking you to grow today?
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
