THE LIE
“I should have more faith. Something is spiritually wrong with me.”
REFLECTION
The enemy loves to whisper, If you really trusted God, you wouldn’t have doubts. But that’s not what Scripture teaches.
The disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith. (Luke 17:5)
Thomas doubted. (John 20:24-29)
A desperate father cried, “I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24)…and Jesus met him with grace.
I’ve learned that faith isn’t pretending to have all the answers. It’s taking the next step even when you don’t…a mustard seed of faith is enough…I always write from experience.
