Dids and Didn’ts

Everything that exists in your life does so because of two things: something you did or something you didn't do.

— Einstein —

Reflection

Whenever I talk to young people, I tell them that they will become the decisions they make in their lives.

For example, I live with a heart condition today because I chose to put nicotine into my body for over twenty-five years.

I also exercise ten hours a week because exercise is the best medicine for my heart.

Facts

Every day we are given 1440 minutes.

I sleep for about 420 (7 hours) of those minutes, which leaves me just over 1000 minutes to make something out of my life.

1000 minutes to do and don’t.

1000 minutes to did and didn’t.

The state of my existence is dependent upon how I use my minutes.

Therefore, living a life that is pleasing to my Maker is not rocket science.

Psalm 90:12, “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.”
