“Now that it’s all over, what did you really do yesterday that is worth mentioning?”  ~Coleman Cox

I believe you all know how passionate I am about taking time in the morning to pray, reflect, and read scripture in order to start my day on the right foot.  Another habit I have developed over the years is to take five or ten minutes prior to going to bed in order to review my day with God.  I reflect on how well I performed in my various responsibilities (Faith, Husband, Dad, Family, Leader, Friends) and I make a note in my journal on how I did.

Turning your life over to God each and every day is much more fruitful and exciting when you know you are going to review the results with Him each and every day also.

If you aren’t doing an end of the day inventory I suggest you get started as it sure does help you stay on track during the day…and off of Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter et al…yep, I write from experience. 🙂

3rd Thursday is Back!  The first meeting will take place at my barn from 6:30pm to 7:45pm on September 19.  We will be discussing Dallas Willard’s book “The Spirit of the Disciplines.”

Shoot me an email if you are interested.
