This quote applies to any leadership position whether it be the leader of an organization, a department in an organization, a family etc…
Knowing what to overlook is an attribute which evolves out of knowing, being in touch with and living your values.
If you find yourself struggling with looking stupid more than you look wise you may want to take a look at your values.
Values create the boundaries around the playing field called “your life.”
I try my best to live the values as given to me from the Lord through the Bible…I am still a work in progress.
