Wisdom does not just happen. It takes time to acquire knowledge and even more time to develop wisdom which is putting knowledge to work.
Show me a man who surrounds himself with successful mentors and has books on his desk, in his car, by his bedside and next to his toilet :), and I will show you man who wants to learn and grow wise, but understands it takes work.
