Today Is The Day

What is not started today is never finished tomorrow.

— Johann Wolfgang van Goethe —

Reflection

Procrastination is an elegant term for laziness.

Pushing urgent work to tomorrow is a way to always live from behind.

I have found those who get ahead in life and take control of their lives…

  1. Give positive effort daily.
  2. Are disciplined enough to say “no” to distractions
  3. Seek guidance from others
  4. Have an attitude toward winning and a vital ingredient of this attitude is knowing failure is a part of the winning formula.

Spoiler Alert

Only you are responsible for what gets done in your life.

Proverbs 14:23, “In all labor there is profit, But idle chatter leads only to poverty.”

Proverbs 28:19, “Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies will have their fill of poverty.”
