“You see, it’s never the environment; it’s never the events of our lives, but the meaning we attach to the events – how we interpret them – that shapes who we are today and who we’ll become tomorrow.” ~Tony Robbins
The meaning we attach to the events of our lives originates from the beliefs we’ve developed about people, places, things and life. If you want to re-shape your life, re-shape the meaning you attach to the events in your life by re-shaping your beliefs.
A good place to start is with how you look at failure.
I once thought failure meant I was a failure. Today I believe failure never happens unless I give up, otherwise what the world views as “failure” is simply a result that helps shape a better future for me.
What “life meanings and beliefs” have you messed up today?
Try focusing on where you want to go and not on past “failures” and your beliefs will slowly change and your life will follow.
