“Firms need to ensure that their ability to provide effective customer service keeps pace with their growth. If you’re marketing your firm to new customers, you better be able to provide them service when they do business with you.” ~Arthur Levitt
So many businesses fail to remember marketing is not so much how the product is presented to the “world” but how well the product is built, maintained, supported and improved while being presented to the world.
I never took a marketing class but I became pretty darn good at it because all of my marketing began and ended with the customer.
