Last week I spent two days with a group of aspiring leaders who currently serve as managers for their organizations. Whenever I get around people with a desire to grow and learn I get amped up as I love to help people grow. Thus the reason for my recent thread of blogs focused on leadership.Â

I have found anyone can profess to lead but those who truly lead have to work very hard to get out of the way of those they are leading so they can execute on what the leader has inspired them to do.
You manage processes and you lead people. The businesses that struggle the most are those who attempt to manage their people.
