How many times do we choose to do something on our own whether we know it is right or not in order to avoid looking foolish in asking for help and then when we do it our way, we do it wrong and look foolish anyway?
The wise learn from their mistakes, the wiser learn from others’ mistakes, the wisest learn from others’ successes.
One thing I’ve noticed over the years is the truly successful leaders in life and work surround themselves with wise people whether it be in person, spiritually (God), in books, podcasts, radiocasts or T.V.
