“The biggest mistake you can make in trying to talk convincingly is to put your highest priority on expressing your ideas and feelings. What most people really want is to be listened to, respected, and understood.” ~John Maxwell
If you find yourself having to talk more than the group you are leading, you are most likely trying to convince not only your followers but yourself that the B.S. coming out of your mouth is true.
Leaders know when to talk, when to teach and when to listen, and usually do all of these quite well.
How would you rate yourself?
