I’ve had a few breakthrough moments in my life and one of those was when someone many years ago told me I had a choice whether or not I allowed another person to hurt me.
There are still times today when people disappointment me but that is as far as it goes with me as I know it is my choice whether or not I allow the disappointment to turn into pain and hurt.
How about you? Are there people in your life you are allowing to take up residence in your brain? It’s a choice and if you can learn to not let this happen your life will be much more peaceful and productive…I write from experience.
