Reflection
For some reason, my spirit has been a bit choppy and cloudy during this holiday season. For a long time, I battled “pity-pot” depression during the holidays, and it was lifted from me a few years ago.
This year, it attempted to re-enter my spirit.
Thank God I know what it is and how to dance with it instead of letting it get me down.
I don’t believe my depression is an attack from the devil, but I do believe and know that when I’m feeling down, the devil is trying his best to pounce on me and take me even further down.
I say “BOOM” to the opening quote from Corrie Ten Boom. 🙂
Are you standing your ground against the enemy?
Are you at peace no matter what the circumstances?
What armor are you wearing today, the world’s or God’s?
Jesus came to conquer the enemy and give us eternal peace.
