Reflection
A few years ago, my iPhone began giving me data on my screen use time.
After getting over the eerie thought that “Big Brother” knows where I spend my time, I quickly turned this new tool from my iPhone into a productivity tool for myself.
I was very disappointed in how much time I wasted looking at my phone, but the situation prompted me to create time boundaries for how much time I spend in various areas of my phone.
Goals are much easier to attain if we consciously eliminate unconscious time wasters from our life…I write from experience.
What do you need to eliminate from your daily life to make time to achieve your 2023 BHAG?
