Answer

We can apply this simple thought to any problem we face in life and if you find yourself being unable to pull out from the problem…then you’ve become the problem.

The litmus test for figuring out whether or not you are the problem is to simply keep track of how many times you blame other people, places and things for your situation and/or you get into saying “why me?” etc…

I’m an expert on this because there was no bigger problem/victim than me back when I was in my prime of sick thinking.

Today I know if I’m not the problem, there is no solution.
