Millions of people have overcome their addiction problems by utilizing the Twelve Steps. The Twelve Steps are spiritual action steps that the pioneers of Alcoholics Anonymous created. When I was in early recovery, I remember my sponsor Vic telling me, “You can’t think your way out of something you’ve behaved yourself into–recovery takes action.” I still carry that statement with me today.
Is there something you are putting way too much thought into?
Are you thinking more than you are doing?
