A Blessed Father’s Day

My dad never told me how to live, he lived and let me watch him do it.

This is the first Father’s Day I will be without my dad. Considering I am 60 years old–I’m not complaining.

On this first Father’s Day after Dad’s passing, we are having his viewing and hundreds of people will get to pay their final respects to him. What a blessing!

The icing on the cake for this Father’s Day is the fact that it is our oldest son’s 36th birthday.

As I noted in yesterday’s writing–there are blessings to be found in all difficulties.
