Key qualities of a mentor:
1. They’ve been where you are trying to go.
2. They are as happy about your success as you are.
3. They stand for the same principles you stand for.
4. They stretch your perspective and help you see beyond your current circumstance.
5. They will kick you in the butt and you will thank them for it.
In other words surround yourself with winners.
