I learned this quote in the rooms of alcoholics anonymous (AA) many years ago and next to God is the primary reason a person gets and stays sober.
The same holds true for anything you do in life. Give love and you get love back.  Give hate and you get hate back. Give blessings and you get blessings back. Give turmoil and you get turmoil back.  Give sobriety and get sobriety back.
What are you wanting to keep in your life today? Are you willing to give it away?
