Pause and Grow in Clarity

Thoughtful reflection helps turn past experiences into wisdom.

Quote Reflection:

One of the most important tools in my growth as a college basketball player was watching game film. Sitting down to study both the good and the bad showed me where I was improving and where I needed to adjust.

Years later, as president of our pharmacy, I practiced the same discipline. I would step away once a quarter to reflect on what was working and what wasn’t.

Progress rarely happens by accident.

It comes from intentional review.

There is real power in the pause.

Slow Down

In a world that rewards speed, God often does His best work in the pause. When we stop long enough to reflect, we see not just what we’re doing, but why.

Like an athlete reviewing film, reflection helps us course-correct before we drift.

Jesus often withdrew to quiet places to realign with His purpose.

Pausing isn’t wasting time; it’s investing in clarity.

Slow down.

Look back.

Listen.

And let God refine your next step.
