Two Types of Fear

Reflection:

Spending thirty-one days writing about fear does nothing to prevent it from entering my spirit.

Feeling fear doesn’t mean you’re a coward—it means you’re human.

Not all fear is bad. For example, I have a fear about the consequences if I ever pick up a drink or drug again.

But fear is a feeling that is not always grounded in facts, especially when the enemy is involved.


I have found the best way to discern between good and bad fear is to examine what it tries to do to me. Is it protecting me, or is it trying to make me feel less than the person God created me to be? That type of fear is grounded in…
