I know some people who’ve gotten drunk on their success and others who’ve gotten really down and depressed because of their failure(s).
Staying even keel through the ups and downs of life is the key to having peace and serenity.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t live my life on an even keel without God.
The only way I am able to maintain my humility when I’m successful is by giving the credit to God and the only way I am able to persevere through setback and failure is by asking God for help.
Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.”
