Obscure Relevance – Noise

The world sits quiet, as if sighing and taking a long inhale after what seemed like forever with mankind and the noise pollution.

Alaska Trip Day Two – June 24, 2016

Obscure/Relevance Topic:  Noise

There is an overcast sky in Vancouver as we prepare to depart.

While writing this morning I am reminded of noise.  It is all around me.  What I do with it, is up to me.

Journaling some “Obscure/Relevance”

In this picture I was listening to Jack Johnson through my earbuds.  His “noise” strikes my creative spirit.

I love music as it is the art of aligning noise in such a way it perfectly penetrates our spirit.

Noise in the form of music is the universal language of the world.

We are about to take in several days of nature’s noise which is God’s noise…always orchestrated to penetrate our spirit in just the right way…if our spirit is awake and aligned.

When is the last time you sat and listened to nature’s noise?

There is toxic noise also…we live in a noisy world where man has done a good job of encouraging us to focus on the wrong kind of noise…like the news, negativity, social media, and gossip, to name a few.

Noise is always present–even in silence…check it out.

Like everything in life, there is good noise and bad noise.  Learn to know the difference and peace will be yours.

Highlight of the day:  The boarding process was flawless and peaceful.  Flawless because the cruise line did a great job.  Peaceful because I chose to focus on the journey ahead and leave the noise behind.
