Fear & Indecision

You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

— Zig Ziglar —

God at Center-Mental PPTWe continue to reflect on excerpts from my book FEAR-PROOF as we study the Mental component of our Wheel of Life.  As our thoughts go, so goes our life…

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.”  ~Zig Ziglar

Procrastination, distraction and indecision are all fear-based behaviors that steal precious time from our lives. The thief (devil) loves to steal anything he can, especially our time.

Two facts:  we are all going to die and we are all living on borrowed time.

If you are passionate about something and find yourself thinking about doing that “something” quite often; what are you waiting for?

There are only two steps required in creating a new habit…start and continue.

Start and continue these action steps focused on whatever you are passionate about:  Pray-Picture-Plan-Practice.

“Just Do It,” has got to be one of the devil’s least favorite slogans.

Proverbs 20:4 (NIV), “A sluggard does not plow in season; so at harvest time he looks but finds nothing.”

Additional Scripture to read and reflect upon:  Proverbs 13:4, Proverbs 12:24, Ephesians 5:15-17

What beliefs, thoughts and actions cause you to struggle with indecision?
