What habits do you need to undo?

Some tips about undoing habits:

  1. If you have more than one you’d like to quit, take them one at a time. Focus on the easiest one first.
  2. Replace the habit you are undoing with something you know you need to do. For example, if you are trying to undo the amount of time you spend on the internet, replace it by reading a book that will make you a better person.
  3. Pray continuously for God to give you the strength to overcome the habit you are trying to undo.
  4. Don’t beat yourself up when you slip, because you will most likely slip. Have a game plan in your head for how you will mentally handle your slips.

Life is all about developing the right habits and keeping the bad habits in check.
