Reflection
Yesterday morning, after finishing an intense workout to prepare for a demanding day, I paused and thought, “Well done.” Then a deeper question hit me: What does a “well done” life look like in Jesus’ eyes?
When Jesus says, “Well done, good and faithful servant,” He’s not applauding our bank account, our résumé, or how many people were impressed by our highlight reel.
The world shouts “Well done!” when we accumulate, achieve, and appear successful.
Jesus whispers “Well done!” when we serve, love, and make others better.
He measures our lives not by the trophies we collect, but by the people we impact.
To Jesus, being faithful isn’t about finishing with more money or more likes — it’s about finishing with more love. It’s about giving our best to the key roles we’ve been entrusted with: spouse, parent, friend, leader, neighbor.
When we lift others up, we lift His name up.
A life well done is a life poured out.
Soul Search
- Who are the key people in my life that Jesus has entrusted me to lift, grow, and develop?
 - Am I spending more energy trying to impress people or impact people?
 - What is one act of love or service I can do today that no one will see but God?

Matthew 25:21, “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share in your master’s happiness!”
