Reflection
I work with a group that helps at-risk young athletes grow into men and women of character.
Their Mission is simple: “We prepare athletes for when the lights are on—the 2—and when the lights are off—the 22.”
A game may last two hours, but who they become during the other twenty-two is what ultimately shapes not just a better athlete, but a better human being.
The unseen work matters most.
Private faithfulness creates public strength.
God sees the early mornings, the quiet prayers, and the unseen discipline.
What’s trained in the dark sustains you in the light.
Soul Search
What unseen habit is shaping my strength?
Matthew 6:4, “Your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
