Strength and Prayer

Prayer is the key to the day and the bolt of the night.

Reflection

When I was young and thought I had life figured out, I saw prayer as a sign of weakness. But after crashing hard in my late twenties, I discovered that surrendering daily to a Power greater than myself was the only way to stand tall in sobriety—one day at a time.

Over the years, prayer has become my lifeline. It’s no longer something I do; it’s who I am.

When I’m weak, prayer makes me strong.

When I’m lost, it leads me home.
