Reflection
The other day, it dawned on me that I was closer to being 80 years old than I was to being 50. What a sobering moment.
I try my best not to waste my time on things that don’t matter.
Living each day as if it may be our last is an excellent motivator to keep our focus on what truly matters.
“The span of life is too short to be trifled away in non-concerning and unprofitable matters. ~Mary Astell
Soul Search: Do you live each day as if it may be your last? What distractions of the world cause you to lose track of the preciousness of time?
Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
