Reflection
Upon second glance at the opening quote, the word “quality” struck me.
We all have different perspectives on quality.
When we were doing our thing at HealthCare Pharmacy, our goal was to exceed our customers’ expectations. This goal required us to produce our work at the highest quality possible. As we reached that level, we pushed it even higher.
Random Thoughts
Today, I find myself critiquing the level of quality of the various businesses I frequent.
In my humble opinion, there is none better than Chick-fil-A.
Chick-fil-A has a “special sauce” when it comes to quality service.
It rises from their purpose statement, which all employees are responsible for living:
To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”
Raising the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts.
If you think you cannot grow and transform your old self into a new and higher quality of yourself…you are right.
If you think you can always grow and transform your old self into a new and higher quality of yourself…you are right.
I always write from experience.
Soul Search
If you’re thinking about taking steps to change the quality of your thoughts, why not borrow Chick-fil-A’s purpose statement from them and make it the True North of your life?
Psalm 19:14, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”
Mark 7:12, “Whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”
