And what do you suppose separated last night’s Super Bowl winner from the Super Bowl loser?
…mental toughness and concentration.
If you struggle with mental toughness and concentration a great remedy is prayer asking God to help you with your ability to be focused and remain mentally strong through life’s ups and downs.
Also–the words below from Saint Paul are words worth reciting to yourself on a daily basis.
As a side note–it is quite sobering to think I’ve now watched fifty-four Super Bowls.
Life goes on, which is even more reason to stay mentally tough and focused.
