Gratitude is an expression of trust…that is not an easy act…blindly expressing gratitude when we are overwhelmed with uncertainty.
When life gets foggy and it becomes difficult to trace God’s hand, we are called to trust His heart.
Thanking Him before the outcome declares that we believe He is sovereign, good, and already at work.
Gratitude plants peace in the soil of uncertainty.
I’ll be honest—this isn’t easy. Especially when the outcome we’re praying for doesn’t unfold the way we hoped. But absolute trust believes that God hears every prayer and answers in the way that is best, even when it doesn’t align with our plan.
Faith is messy sometimes. Yet even in the tension, we can still give thanks…I always write from experience.
