Reflection
When I coached my kids’ youth sports teams, I always tried to be an encourager. As the opening quote states, “Encouragement is energy for the soul.”
Even today, in my work as a life coach and business coach, I am always trying to encourage those I work with to live into what they can become rather than just be better where they are.
Who doesn’t like to be encouraged?
Encouragers breathe life into weary spirits.
Gratitude reminds us that we’ve had people cheering us on when we doubted ourselves.
Today, reflect on the people who sat with you in pain, celebrated your milestones, and refused to give up on you. Gratitude means honoring their contribution to your journey.
