Flexing Gratitude

Gratitude is not a feeling we wait for—it's a discipline we choose.

Quote Reflection

Gratitude is not something you’re born with.

Like a muscle, it can be developed through repetition.

When I deliberately build my gratitude muscle, my focus shifts away from the noise, chaos, and uncertainty around me.

I begin to see, hear, and feel what truly matters.

Just as valuing exercise strengthens the body and mind, exercising gratitude strengthens the spirit.

The more I practice it, the more natural it becomes—and the more joy, peace, and clarity I experience.

Where is God inviting you to flex your gratitude muscle today?

What is one thing—big or small—you can thank Him for right now?

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV)
