What story are you constantly telling yourself? Is it a story someone told you long ago…a story that you’ve never tried to make your own?
Journaling is a great way to put into writing the story you should be telling yourself and is the reason I started journaling many years ago.
Make your story, your story.
Jeremiah 29:11-13, “For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
HabitFast Journey Action Steps:
1. Â Start the day-reflect, meditate, journal and prayerfully turn your HabitFast plan and day over to God.
2.  Continue the day- stay in conscience contact with God.
3. Â End of day evaluation- reflect, review, journal and give yourself a grade for the day.
4. Â End of day planning-review your HabitFast Plan and note your 3 “big rocks” for tomorrow.
5.  End of day prayer-place your plan, big rocks, negative triggers and tomorrow in God’s hands.
