God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
I’ve said it before, but it is worth repeating during “Courage” week…if we learn to accept (it doesn’t mean we have to like) other people, places and things for what they are and have the courage to change the things we can (our attitude, our environment and/or our effort), wisdom simply happens because we stop acting stupid.
