We are at the halfway point of our Gratitude Month.
I don’t know about you, but this has been a good experience for me as I have a tendency of running my life at such a fast pace it is easy to lose track of being grateful for what is really important like my faith, my family and my friends.
Epictetus said it well in this quote: “He is a wise man who does not grieve for things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.”
Jesus says it even better in Luke 16:10, “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much” (NIV)
…if you want to expand what you have you must show God gratitude and be responsible with the “little” in order to blessed with the “large.”
