Pretty basic stuff but oh so true…many people get on the roller coaster of life and simply let life live them…which is a life with no direction and intention.
Taking the time to create a vision for your life or organziation (what you want to be) will help you determine a mission with goals (what you need to do to achieve the vision) and then you will have a greater chance of having what you want to have…this is called living life with intention.
Be-Do-Have…Take a moment to jot down what you would like to Be in 5 years, what you will need to Do in order to Be and then what you will Have by Doing and Being…you may be amazed at the outcome of this exercise.
If you have no direction and don’t know where to begin try praying and doing. Pray for God’s help and then get off your can and do something, anything; because it is most often through activity where we find our passion and passion is often the fuel of vision.

Is that really isiah 46:10.? my version is way different.Just curious. Thanks jay
Yes that is from the English Standard Version. I used that version because it represents God’s awesome power and the importance of tapping into Him for guidance…some translations are a little overwhelming because it is in this verse where God tells us he knows what we are going to do before we do it…kind of scary if you know what I mean.
