If you are leading; do you try your best to know as much as possible? Great leaders are always expanding their knowledge base. Since wisdom is simply the intelligent use of knowledge; knowledge is huge if you desire to grow wise.
If you are leading; do you go the way? Great leaders walk the walk and would not ask their subordinates to do something unless they were willing to do it themselves…see the scripture below.
If you are leading; do you show the way? Great leaders grow others and a leader can only grow others as far as he or she has led him or herself.
A leader never stops growing, going and showing…and if he does stop…he is not leading.
