“Great communication depends on two simple skills–context, which attunes a leader to the same frequency as his or her audience, and delivery, which allows a leader to phrase messages in a language the audience can understand.” ~John Maxwell
Another way to phrase Maxwell’s quote above is “know your audience” and practice delivering information at a level the audience is able to understand, process and act upon.

Proverbs 25:11, “A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.”
Over the next couple of months I will be using a John Maxwell quote and expounding my experience on it. John Maxwell is one of my “book mentors” as I’ve read most of his books on leadership and how to do it Christ’s way (my interpretation).
