One of the first things I do with those I coach is help them discover their WHY—i.e., their PURPOSE.
When your purpose is defined- when you know who you are, what you stand for, what you are called to do, and why it matters- your focus sharpens.
What special gifts has God equipped you with to make the world a better place?
God didn’t make you to drift.
He designed you with a unique assignment and a divine wiring.
Purpose isn’t something you invent; it’s something you uncover.

What passion or gift do you have that, when used for others, gives you life?
Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) – “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
