I love this quote from Ann Landers and I also believe the true measure of a leader is how he or she treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.
Whether you are trying to be a better person, better leader or both; a great way to “measure” yourself to Ann’s quote above is to take a look at how punctual you are in returning calls and responding to emails to people who can do you no good.
I believe the ultimate Judge keeps a close eye on how we treat others…everyone deserves to be treated like they are a somebody.
