Reflection:
The last few years have been years where I’ve had to endure various types of pain. Pain is no fun, but it is all a part of living.
I’m so grateful to have a God who was with me throughout it all. No one knows human pain and suffering better than Him.
As we approach Holy Week, I am reminded of Jesus’s painful confrontation with evil so that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10). He is the ultimate example of how to endure excruciating pain.
Thought for the Day:
Pain can make you bitter—or it can refine you and make you better. Suffering doesn’t mean God is punishing you. In His hands, it becomes a forge that strengthens who you are becoming. Don’t waste your pain. Let it shape your endurance, deepen your character, and anchor your hope.
John 10:10, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
