The Problem

Sad is a life spent running away from problems, not realizing the problem is you.

Quote Reflection

I figured this out many years ago while sitting alone one evening in a chemical dependency center. I was at the end of my “run,” and the end was rock bottom.

It was at that moment that I made a vow to no longer blame my problems on other people, places, and things and to instead begin taking responsibility for my life.

Although I can get into the rat race just as easily as anyone, I always try my best to know what I am running to (my goals) and who I am running for (God).

Do you find yourself running from things these days?

Philippians 3:13-14, “Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.  But one thing I do:  Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
