Random thoughts…
I enjoy long runs, and long bike rides on the scenic trails offered to us by Miami and Montgomery Counties.
Being alone with nature gives me peace, and while enjoying that peace, I try to share it with others.
I share it by smiling and giving a quick wave to those passing from the other direction.
Sharing a smile with another human being calms my spirit. I’m assuming it does the same for those with which I share.
Mother Teresa never lied.

Prayer:
